A bank verification letter is a document issued by the applicant's bank. The letter confirms that the stated account belongs to the applicant and contains information such as:

The recipient’s name, address, person/organization number and bank account.

Issuing date
The letter must be signed or stamped by the bank and submitted as a PDF-file
It must be written in English or Scandinavian language.

Please note that you will receive the grant decision approximately eight weeks after the application deadline.

The stage performance must not premiere before that date. This is to ensure that the grant can be acknowledged in the production programme and in any other relevant information material about the stage performance.

If the information about the stage performance does not include this acknowledgement, the Swedish Arts Council cannot pay the grant.
